   Claims system supports millions of members and thousands of employers and providers. Claims system is primarily used for local health plan business for small market and middle market employers. The system contains current and historical information about members, providers, contracts, Claims and payments. This project caters to upgrading current EOB (Explanation of benefits) and PRA (Provider remittance Advice) post claim adjudication. Also, to resolve existing defects i.e. remittance defects (Example Molina 837 failure issues).
