About Saket Kakade
This is Saket Kakade, an educator and project manager deeply committed to fostering positive change in the Indian education sector. Currently, I am leading an English project that spans 350 schools in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli (DNH) & Daman and Diu, focusing on elevating the standard of education and equipping students for the demands of an increasingly interconnected world.My previous experiences have been instrumental in shaping my perspective. Working closely with the Tribal Development Department in Maharashtra, I contributed significantly to the Education Resource Cell project at the state level, emphasizing the importance of inclusive education tailored to the needs of tribal communities. Additionally, my time spent in rural Bihar allowed me to actively participate in an educational initiative aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities.With a strong academic foundation in engineering, I bring a blend of technical skills and a deep passion for education to the table. Despite transitioning from an engineering background, my pursuit of excellence led me to attempt the UPSC mains examination five times, underscoring my resilience and unyielding commitment to achieving my aspirations. I remain dedicated to leveraging my expertise and experiences to effect meaningful and lasting changes in the education landscape of India.
