Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and build Workfront solutions for the KGS–CH Business Unit, serving as the L2 point of contact for users across global teams. Develop and configure a wide range of Workfront objects including projects, templates, request queues, reports, dashboards, and custom forms. Align and standardize processes and workflows across business units to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence. Create and maintain custom forms and calculated fields to support the global ticketing and request management processes. Document and maintain best practices, configuration guidelines, and governance standards to improve efficiency and system usability. Manage user onboarding, role assignments, and access provisioning across global regions and departments. Perform ongoing system administration such as layout configuration, permission management, and object governance. Develop and implement automations and integrations to streamline daily operations and improve user experience. Collaborate with global stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable, process-driven Workfront solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and L2 assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Conduct training sessions, knowledge transfers (KT), and user enablement programs to increase platform adoption and strengthen Workfront awareness across teams.
