As a Worldwide Software Deployment Leader in the IBM Communications market, I am responsible for ensuring the success of large IBM software customers in realizing the value of the software they purchased. My primary objective is to accelerate the deployment & adoption of IBM Cloud Paks (Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Cloud Pak for Data, Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps, Cloud Pak for Security, Cloud Pak for Integration, Cloud Pak for Multicloud Management ). Customer Success Management (CSM) is an integration of functions and activities of Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Support into a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies. There are three necessary building blocks for this emerging profession: an in-depth knowledge of the customers, effective knowledge of the product being sold, and extensive domain expertise. As a CSM, I engage in the following activities with my enterprise clients-Modernize the architectures for enterprise deployment -Help drive software adoption and maintain relationships with key strategic enterprise accounts at all levels of their business - Strategized on new business and expanded footprint into existing accounts - Being a ‘Trusted Advisor’ for the client to ensure complete satisfaction at every engagement - Design enterprise client on-boarding process and orchestrated through different functionalities within IBM
