Though Automation & emerging technologies are trying to make our life better, its improper use is putting human life & its future in danger. I was very much impressed by Rev. Pandurang Shastri Athavale\'s thoughts implying,\"One can develop a technology but can\'t control the mind who is using it.\" That\'s why while moving ahead with the technology & it\'s fascinating effects on society, I felt Importance of Soft Skills, Life Skills.\"Being a human is a task\". I started my career journey with the post graduation in Physics & after spending 11 years in the area of Research & Physics Teaching, I got an opportunity to enter into the Industry through Automation field. Corporate Training: I worked on various automation platforms & trained many corporates in last 14 years on PLC related automation- I have trained International candidates from UK, Qatar, Nigeria, Bhutan, Sudan & from gulf, Africans countries- USV, L&T, Pidilite, Binani Fiber glass, JK Lakshmi Super cement, ITC (Nepal), Druk Green (Bhutan), Hindalco, Naval Dockyard, Permanent Magnet Limited, Ashida Electronics, Portescap are few corporate customers for whom I have done Corporate trainings. Center management & administration- I have worked in Sage Automation Group India as a Center Manager from 2017 to 2022. Team & center management is critical typically when it is a startup company- I am happy to lead a Sage center & team from scratch to a noticeable level- These 5 years gave variety of experience in terms of dealing with the people, tie-ups related activities, handling the team & business in ups & downs, Handling the conflicts & crisis, administrative activities, Business strategies & development, Marketing & selling, digital marketing etc. Technical Consultant- Consultation & training given to Permanent Magnet Ltd (PML) engineers & successfully implemented PLC based welding process - Consultation & training given to Portescap engineers for developing the PLC based systems for their process- Consultation & training given to Alieter Solution engineers to install PLC based smart detecting systems for their warehouse client- Consultation, training given to USV senior engineers, technicians & suggested few changes for IPC, PLC maintenance etc. Training Consultant- Presently I am working with Christiani Sharpline Automation as their Training Consultant. Helping them in designing, conducting training, In-house PLC commissioning & PLC programming- I am helping institutes & corporates on Soft Skills for their staff up-gradation.
