Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year end close processes for clients from different parts of the world. Review and ensure timely delivery of Management Reports by ensuring quality, facilitate Consolidation and Group Reporting. Ensure internal compliance with documentations, processes and quality. Ensure clients meet statutory compliance requirements including Direct and Indirect Taxes. Lead and manage teams delivering accounting and reporting services by providing the learnings and doing the performance reviews. Collaborate with Global Teams to ensure alignment on client engagements. Improvise processes using automations, process modifications, using of specialized tools. Handle escalations, propose new solutions and maintain client satisfaction. Coordinate statutory audit process and support them for timely completion of audit. Act as a Point of Contact for clients for finance operations.
