As a Premier League Kicks Officer at Watford FC\'s Community Sports & Education Trust, I deliver high-quality sessions that promote physical activity, social inclusion, and positive behaviour. I also support the development and implementation of the Trust\'s strategy, vision, and values, and contribute to its impact and sustainability.In my current role, I work with a team of coaches, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of safe, fun, and inclusive sessions that meet the needs and interests of the participants. I also monitor and evaluate the outcomes and feedback of the programme, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
