An HR thought leader and a culture alchemist with over two decades of experience across diverse industries including IT, ITES, F&B Retail, and HR Consulting, I bring deep insight into building agile, people-centric organizations at scale.My career has spanned leadership roles at Reliance Infocom, Future Group, and Oracle. I currently serve as Director – HR at Diebold Nixdorf, where I lead the India Global Centre for Software—the company’s largest innovation and research hub globally. In my strategic role, I focus on talent agendas that directly impact business transformation and innovation. I am known for my expertise in building cultures of innovation, leveraging HR technology to enhance employee experiences, and aligning talent strategies with long-term business goals. My work reflects a deep commitment to purposeful leadership and the future of work. I am a recipient of the prestigious World HRD Congress Award and also take pride in being the former president of IRON LADY, continuing to contribute significantly to shaping leadership journeys for women, with a vision to empower one million women to reach the top.
