ABOUT SAJID HUSSAIN

I’m a Professor and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer specializing in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Generative AI. My passion lies in applying LLM-based technologies to solve real-world problems, drive innovation, and create measurable social impact through responsible and ethical AI systems.My expertise spans Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI APIs to build intelligent AI chatbots and automation workflows. I have hands-on experience deploying Generative AI pipelines using AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps best practices across cloud and production environments.During my MS in Data Science (AI/ML specialization), my research focused on transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG-based conversational systems using PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, and Spark ML. I also hold multiple certifications from Google Cloud Skills Boost in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Engineering.As a professor and mentor, I guide students in building AI-driven applications, exploring LangChain chatbot design, LLM orchestration with LangGraph, and deploying scalable models on cloud platforms. My goal is to bridge academic research and industry applications — advancing AI in higher education while promoting transparency, scalability, and ethical innovation in AI systems.
