ABOUT SAJID REHMAN
I am a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 15 years of experience. Since graduating in 2004 I have gained both commercial and residential experience working for both the private and public sectors. My core experience and main interest is Building Pathology and Contracts Administration working on various types of projects ranging from residential housing to commercial industrial units. A large part of my experience is based on maintaining and improving assets through life cycle analysis of planned preventative and maintenance works which involves methodical surveying; accurate data capture techniques and thorough reporting to include accurate budget costs. I have gained experience of data capture using electronic handheld units and tablets. My experience also includes traditional building surveying services across a full range of sectors and building types. My clients are from both public and private sectors and range from private individuals to corporate clients working on short and long term instructions throughout the UK.
