Responsible for Vibration data collection using Advanced Vibration Analysis system AZIMA DLI TRIO CA10 as a primary device and also we use Vibration pen as a secondary device (SKF CMAS 100SL) to collect data.• Perform trouble-shooting and failure investigation for the Rotating machinery• Prepare & update the Vibration Analysis database with details of overhauls and bearings change events etc.• Vibration data collection, Analysis, Data interpretation, diagnosis and trending of rotating machinery health• Monitoring of overall vibration, time waveform & FFT spectrum analysis of Rotating equipment\'s using Monitoring Technology system with smart advisor software (Azima ViewAlert 4.0)• Carry out data acquisition, setting up route database and collecting the base line data for future reference• Evaluate the severity of data and estimate expected remaining asset life• Carrying out measurements of clearances, tolerances and alignments using a wide range of precision instruments such as Laser Alignment Device (SKF), Dial gauge. To inspect the electrical current leakage, air leaking, bearing wear, greasing quantity measurement by ULTRASOUND technology Ue system 1500
