Spearheaded the entire Business cycle in coordination with vendors/partners and customers to realise opportunities and deliver to customer requirements: product development, introduction, pre-sales activities, RFP process, development of proposal, business consulting, proof of concept / demonstration, pricing, and contract negotiations, implementation and after sales services. Collaborated with clients, banks, credit card institutions and vendors to understand business processes, define requirements, evaluate commercial viability and design high-tech solutions, such as (but not limited to): • First to introduce and implement End-To-End, fully automated “Online Bulk Cash Deposit Solution” in Retail Arena thru Al Rajhi Bank. • Design, develop, and introduce the first fully automated Cash Center solutions (counting, sorting, banding, bundling and heat shrink in one process) • Developed full POS outsourcing concept with one of the leading bank in Saudi Arabia for 3,500 POS terminals worth approx. 7M SAR • Developed money counting machine leasing project with one of the leading bank for 1,200 units for 4 years worth approx. 21M SAR • Developed and introduced Branch Automation Project (TCR) with worth 10M SAR • Developed full end to end - ATM outsourcing Project (Capex & Opex model) with 5 years contract • Led the discover of new products: Banking Equipment’s both HW and SW Under study and development • Currently developing End-To-End Cash Center solution ie. From Vault Management - End Users (ATM, Branches, Retail locations and Central Bank) • Final stage of introducing “Branch In-a Box” concept to Saudi Banks
