As a zonal HR Head at G4S Secure solution Pvt limited, I lead and support the HR function for a fast-growing company that provides innovative solutions in the fields of AI, cloud computing, and data analytics. I have been working with G4S since Nov 2024, and I am responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the company\'s vision, mission, and values.I have more than 17+ years of rich and diverse experience in the human resources industry, with a strong background in HR consulting, compensation and benefits, compliance regulations, contract management, and employee relations.
