Lead implementation of Agile ways of working for EDC’s Medium Segment Initiative contributing to EDC’s 2030 business transformation.• Organize and lead experiment squads across various business units that use design thinking to improve various aspects of Medium Segment Value proposition.• Present/advocate for adoption of experiment results at VP Steering and Executive Committees.• Encourage and coach leadership to adopt Agile mindset, fostering innovation to better serve Canadian exporters.• Share experiment results with Medium Segment Community for awareness across the enterprise and gather feedback.• Lead annual and quarterly planning, visualizing strategic roadmaps and ensuring successful execution of business objectives.• Participate in coaching forums, workshops and trainings to ensure a standardized approach to Agile execution.• Conduct maturity assessments on Initiative and squads’ level to ensure sustainability of Agile practices and ways of working.• Operationalize the initiative outcomes in partnership with Change Management team across various EDC business units.• Serve as Senior Scrum Master for Finance and Integration Services families thus obtaining a comprehensive understanding of Business and Technical teams at EDC.• Lead Annual & Quarterly planning and review for Finance and Integration Services families and visualize/update product roadmaps.• Create/gather Mural templates for Initiative Kick Off in Agile, Initiating and running Experiment Squads, and Integrated regional planning for Business units.
