Sajal is responsible for Global HR systems landscape: planning, implementing, and providing support for a range of HR technology solutions (Workday, SAP SF, ServiceNow etc.).This is a global role, responsible for all the four regions and an employee base of role is a part of the HR leadership team and reports to the Chief People Officer. Sajal is building a People Technology function that is, transparent, data driven, innovative, sustainable and globally scalable. He is focused on excellent employee experience by simplifying, automating, driving service delivery benchmarks with a continuous cycle of feedback & improvement. Sajal has built People Analytic function, implementing HR Data Warehousing solutions, supporting data visualization platforms, and equipping the leaders with actionable insights.Creating and executing alistening strategy, putting the voice of employee at forefront is a top priority for team. Role’s raison d\'etre is also to build relationships and alliances with counterparts, communities of practice and stakeholders to scan for innovations and opportunities to form partnerships and be the People Tech ambassador for the function focused on moving the needle for better HR System adoption. He is leading the “AI in HR” council, responsible for Governance and implementation of AI use cases.
