Entail in the design and planning of Intracity Core, Aggregate, and Access Rings, releasing desktop designs for all the areas where the land base is ready by the business.• Take ownership of business areas and operational relationships to act as a point of contact for technical advice, fault reporting, and repair feedback.• Lead Project design, implementation, and documentation to the highest standards, providing reliable and resilient technical solutions.• Collaborate cross-functional team joint survey of FSA with the construction and business team and release final design for construction in NE.• Assist in supporting, configuring, and monitoring the system for the broadcast, IT, and communications network.• Responsible for passive network uptime and passive plant augmentation when utilization reaches the threshold.• Ensure the design and workflows are continually adapted to meet ever-changing business needs and make the most of technical advances.• Release In-Building designs in coordination with business. Discuss with senior stakeholders decisions impacting future network plans.• Spearhead the Network Operations Centre for managing the network and service KPIs and drove the implementation of future-fit operational strategy to support mobility & carrier-grade network and services.• Perform Quality Audit of passive plant construction and OLT sites RFE1 concerning engineering guidelines. System RFS of all the buildings accepted by O&M concerning the passive plant connectivity.• Optimize the network & escalate the issues to senior management to achieve better performance (KPI values).• Handle NE Migration from Planned DB, follow up for Site RFE2 for all fiberized eNodeB sites, issue Construction drawings for site termination per FDMS rack, and release Splice Plan for planned rings and eNodeB sites. • Coordinate with O&M and Planning for PON (passive optic network) port allocation and fiber testing till S1 & S2.
