Dr. Sai Vemula is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon committed to delivering personalized, comprehensive care. With advanced training in reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and total ankle replacements, he treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions — from sports injuries and trauma to complex deformities and limb salvage.Dr. Vemula completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and earned a master’s degree in Stem Cell Biology from Rutgers University. He received his Doctorate from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Rutgers Health – CMC. He then pursued an advanced reconstructive foot and ankle fellowship at the Orthopedic Institute of Brielle Orthopedics.Outside the OR, you’ll find him behind a camera lens with a passion for architectural and nature photography, on the tennis court, or in the kitchen with family and friends.Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board qualified in Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by ABFAS.
