Working as a DATA ANALYST in Cyient for Boeing Client as a designated Reliability engineer.• Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, handling business and technical issues, and communicating with business and technical users. • Gather requirements from the client business team and create a business requirement document respectively.• Responsible for the intake process, ensuring all requests (Ad-hoc) are handled on time, delivered on time (OTD) and assigned to appropriate parties for review, resolution, and escalation.• Accountable for making the final decisions (FTA- First Time Acceptance) and recommendations to ensure quality, delivery and documentation of business process and systems improvements deliverables.• Provided senior leadership with data-driven insights that informed critical business decisions and supported long-term strategic planning.• Familiar with Aviation terminology along with Aircraft systems, ATAs, and Extract data from different sources, visualization, and data quality checking, using descriptive statistics and graphs like bar charts, scatter charts, and pie charts.• Used general tools like Tableau, Excel, & PowerPoint PC view, Teradata SQL (Databases and data structures), FSRT, and EFT are tools from Boeing and Cyient which are useful to pull data and find the data quickly. • Analyzing 737 (MAX and NG), 747, 757, 767, and 787 data. Mostly 787 and 737 (MAX) flight data is used in FSR (Boeing tool) for analysis which helps the stakeholders and Cyient team to check the fleet or to know the Schedule Reliability (SR) of aircraft through operator wise and Familiar with MTBF, MTBUR calculations and Component removals (CR).• Use Teradata SQL to pull/extract, clean, and manipulate the Fleet data for required models.• Tracking of Aircraft Status changes, hours, cycles & landings, Service bulletins, shop findings, schedule maintenance data analysis for trend assessment and predicting the flight data.
