Upon shortlisting candidates, I meticulously gather and forward their details to BVG Company for further evaluation.My role doesn\'t end there—I diligently follow up on background verification (BGV) processes until we obtain comprehensive BGV details. Once we have the final BGV output, I promptly share it with the client, ensuring transparency and timely communication throughout.
