In my role as Head of Corporate Communications, I lead initiatives that strengthen corporate reputation, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure a consistent brand presence across the infrastructure, metro rail, railway, transportation, and project consulting sectors.Working closely with the organization’s leadership, I shape executive messaging, internal communications, and employee engagement programs that foster alignment, transparency, and a strong organizational culture.Externally, I manage relationships with trade magazines, industry news portals, and sector publications, while positioning our leadership as thought leaders. I launched our corporate podcast, producing Season One with seven episodes, and initiated the organization’s official YouTube channel. In addition, I helped establish a specialized content division for publishing reports, research articles, and papers.I lead participation in major industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums, ensuring strategic visibility and meaningful stakeholder engagement. This is complemented by ongoing liaison with industry associations, strengthening connections and advocacy with bodies such as CII, CEAI, and FTCCI.Guiding a high-performing communications team, I foster collaboration across business development, project, and marketing functions, ensuring a cohesive and influential brand voice across all markets.
