Kapil Khandelwal is the Co-Founder of Sthitpragya, a multidisciplinary organization comprising counseling psychologists and certified career analysts, dedicated to enabling individuals and organizations to thrive with clarity and purpose.He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology along with an MBA in Marketing and Finance, uniquely positioning him at the intersection of human behavior and business strategy.With over 16 years of diverse experience, Kapil has worked across marketing, business development, and process implementation in finance and information technology firms. He also serves as a visiting faculty at leading B-schools in Indore, where he bridges theory with real-world business and psychological insights.Beyond academia, Kapil actively consults organizations on marketing and sales strategy, helping them become process-oriented, scalable, and people-centric. A key part of his work involves engaging directly with employees—understanding their challenges, improving workplace effectiveness, and supporting mental wellbeing to enhance performance and alignment.He serves as a resource person for the State and District Legal Services Authority, applying psychological perspectives to support legal awareness, conflict resolution, and human-centric justice initiatives.Kapil is also associated with the National Leadership Program for Self-Transformation, where he has delivered impactful sessions on self-realization, problem-solving skills, and personal leadership.Outside his professional commitments, he is an accomplished marathon runner, a passionate biker, and a skilled swimmer.
