As the Director of Creative at Quality Bicycle Products (QBP), I lead and cultivate a creative team that develops compelling and cohesive content for our Q brand and in-house bike and accessory brands. With over 20 years of experience in design, art direction, and creative direction, I have a deep understanding of design fundamentals, the creative process, and the marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty.I am passionate about using design to connect with people on an emotional level, to tell a story, and to present unique solutions to customer needs. I also foster an environment where creatives can thrive and grow, thanks to my Leading for Creativity certification from IDEO U. Additionally, I am committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the cycling industry and have served on the QBP DEI leadership team since 2020. My goal is to help sell products and services that positively affect people and communities.
