Received my Bachelors from National Institute of Technology, Trichy(NIT-T), India, one of the top educational institutes of India in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a GPA of 9.49/10. Secured second rank in the class of 103.• Received DAAD-WISE scholarship (awarded to top 120 Undergraduate students across India) by German Exchange program for conducting summer research internship at a top institute in Germany, RWTH Aachen • Conducted research in wide range of areas like power system grid synchronization, Solar panel and wind resources, fabrication of nanomaterials, Power converters modeling, design and control, PLC and error propagation and detection in processors.• Obtained Master of Science (M.S.) in Power Electronics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) • My graduate research is based on modeling of the electrical contact on GaN devices in Sentaurus TCAD offered by Synopsys, Inc. The modeling was backed up by growing test devices based on simulation results and verifying the conclusions. The n-GaN devices grown by MOCVD was fabrication using MA6 mask aligner, PVD250, RIE etching, and RTA annealing. These devices were tested using Keithley 2400 and analyzed using LabView, Excel, and MATLAB.• I worked at Globalfoundries in the Advanced Node Bulk Modeling department in 7nm FinFET Technology.• I worked at Intel as a Failure Analysis Engineer focusing on various Intel products failure analysis for 6+ years at Arizona, US.
