I have always played a pivotal role in launching many wonderful cars globally by robust Product Engineering from concept design through industrialization which not only meets customer\'s requirements, but exceeds them.I like working with people more than working with machines or computers to add value to core engineering. So, I always foster a strong culture within the team and thereby bringing the best out of each individual, complementing the different skills in the team and grow as one unit.
