ABOUT SAIRAM SUNDARARAMAN

In retrospect, as I look back at my working career so far, it has panned out like a Test Match. It is a tale of two innings.At first, I took time to settle down. The odd bouncer troubled me. But it was critical that I got used to the wicket. What I learnt very early is that, you can’t always win, but it is imperative that you learn. College to corporate was not an easy transition. I was fascinated by the idea of first principles thinking, interdisciplinary perspective, automation and extreme experimentation. This journey was tough, had more lows than ups, but the most cherished one yet. The first innings, laid the foundation for the career that I have today.In my next innings, I was already accustomed to the pitch. I had gathered skill, mindset, and shrewdness to a good extent from my previous outing. I had to execute now. And, I did a good job of that.
