Whether it’s managing a GRC framework or managing a toddler mid-tantrum the art is the same: balance structure with empathy, consistency with flexibility, and rules with heart.As an IBM OpenPages Specialist and GRC Strategist, I bring order to complexity turning risk into reward and compliance into confidence. For me, governance isn’t about control; it’s about care. Just like a good song, it’s all about rhythm the right note, at the right moment.Parenting has taught me to pause before reacting, listen before deciding, and guide without overpowering. Those small lessons now echo through my professional life helping me lead with empathy, clarity, and timing.When I’m not deep in governance discussions, you’ll find me stirring up South Indian temple-style meals, smashing a few badminton shots, or wandering off to explore new places. Those moments remind me of an old Hindi song line I love “Zindagi ek safar hai suhana” life’s a beautiful journey when you move in rhythm and intention.Because in the end whether it’s raising a child, leading a team, or building an organization — success isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right thing, the right way, at the right time. and maybe humming a good tune along the way.
