Hi, I’m Sai Pavan Kumar, currently working as an Executive Assistant & Project Engineer at HAI Foods Global (Hari Agro Industries), Ghana.I began my career with a Mechanical Engineering background, focusing on industrial design, equipment handling, and on-site project coordination. Over time, I developed a strong interest in data-driven decision-making, which led me to explore analytics tools to improve planning, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.Alongside my professional role, I am currently pursuing an MBA at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) with a specialization in Business Analytics and Marketing. This academic journey is helping me bridge the gap between engineering execution and business strategy.As I continue to grow, my interests have naturally evolved toward Product Management—where technology, business, and user-centric thinking intersect.    Work closely with a company called Quantana to build an app that helps with vehicle maintenance and farming operations. I help plan the features, create use cases, and test the app- Handle projects related to mechanical and electrical systems by managing schedules, talking to vendors, and making sure the work matches company goals- Keep track of documents, purchases, and vendor discussions for upgrades and maintenance of the plant- Suggest and use tools like Power BI to improve internal reports, monitor operations, and support social media plans- Support company-wide efforts to improve staff productivity, manage equipment better, and automate processes- Act as the link between our teams in India and Ghana for sharing technical documents, equipment shipping, and planning logistics- Conducting research on establishing small-scale industries in the pharmaceutical, food processing, and bio-products sectors- Leveraging AI and data analytic tools to enhance research efficiency and streamline decision-making processes- Exploring innovative solutions for industrial setups, focusing on sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
