Worked in ERP Consulting for 1.5 Years and have around 8+ years of experience in Project Management team. Overall exposure to customer in US/APAC region for both Project Management and ERP services. Core ERP Functional Experience is around 1.5 years mainly in Logistics in P2P, O2C and Warehousing activities etc.PMO experience for various customers in Healthcare, Discrete Manufacturing and Services enabled to understand the intricacies of the business requirements and map the same seamlessly to Infor applications. The experience to understand the PMO tools and tasks has positioned to meet and exceed Customer’s expectations. Office and Project Management Tools.ERP LN Professional Logistics certified and have functional knowledge on ERP LN, IPC Process, MUU Data Migration, UAP, Consulting etc. I have both Project Management Experience and ERP LN consulting Experience.Industry KnowledgeINDUSTRY: ICS REGION – PROJECT ManagementVALUE ADD: PMO - PERFORMING PM ACTIVITIES Supporting and working with onshore Project Managers mainly on Financial Management –Planned (Baseline) Hours, Actuals, ETC, EAC, Total Revenue, Total Cost, Budget, Financial Variance reports and Margins Handling 15-20 different industry-based T&M/FF projects of ICS region.Supported projects with up to 20 million USD Service revenue spanning up to 2 years and supporting project team size of ~100 resources Generating/Maintaining Customer Financial report every week for each project and sharing it with the project owner or Project Managers or Practice Directors. Making sure all the deliverables are uploaded in the SharePoint repository of respective projects. Example, MPP plan/Project schedule, Steering committee deck, Blueprints, status reports etc. And updating the same to the Practice Heads on weekly basis. VALUE ADD: PROJECT MANAGEMENT - AMERICAS (MULTIPLE INDUSTRIES) Managed around projects (less than 100K) in OPA methodology for different customers with over all contract value for these projects is around 12M USD Regularly following up with the consultants/stakeholders to know the status of the projects and updating it in the dashboard. Training and mentoring the new team members till they are onboarded to the projects.
