Supporting MSMEs through Growth Cohorts under District Entrepreneurship Mission (DEM)–Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) Vizag pilot:Identify and map 200 MSMEs (Women and Green ventures), segment them into sectoral/thematic growth cohorts, and design customised growth journeys.Build trust and engage Local stakeholders, catalysts, form/strengthen cohort institutions, and promote peer learning and mentorship networks.Provide capacity building through training in business management, finance, digital adoption, and sector-specific skills.Facilitate technology upgradation, process improvements, and access to shared infrastructure and digital platforms.Develop branding, packaging, and marketing strategies, and enable linkages with local, digital, and export markets.Support access to finance through credit linkages, DPR preparation, investment readiness, and government/private schemes.Monitor enterprise performance, document best practices, and ensure sustainability with a roadmap for scaling beyond 200 MSMEs.
