Synthesize and combine broad insights from personal or teams\' experience regarding former delivery experiences with Customers. Proactively leverage relationships across Domains to resolve complex staffing issues and to create clarity • Review and approve original contract and subsequent change requests. Acts as an escalation point should the contract not be of the required quality, or has created ambiguity in the delivery of professional services to the customer
