Over the past two months, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to intern with ITC Limited as a Sales and Marketing Intern, working on the exciting launch of their new ready-to-drink coffee brand — CaféMix.My role focused on supporting the brand’s go-to-market strategy. I conducted in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences and category trends, helped identify key sales channels, and assisted in in-store activations and visibility drives across Reliance outlets. I was actively involved in collecting feedback from consumers, which helped shape actionable insights for product positioning and marketing.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I contributed to discussions around pricing, branding, and promotional strategy. I also supported content ideas for digital campaigns aimed at Gen Z and young professionals.
