Lead scientific design and strategy for patient-centred outcomes in global Phase I to IV clinical development, ensuring that COAs and PROs are meaningful, feasible and aligned with regulatory and HTA expectations across oncology, dermatology, neuroscience, immunology and vaccine programmes.Key contributions• Develop COA endpoint strategies grounded in best practice measurement science, psychometrics and patient insight to support strong regulatory evidence packages• Advise global sponsors on COA selection, endpoint justification, migration to digital health tools, cultural adaptation and usability considerations• Lead scientific input on more than 70 RFPs, protocol reviews and bid defences, supporting approximately £25m in awarded business• Deliver 65+ rater and participant training sessions, including in person and virtual trainings with excellent satisfaction scores and no audit findings• Build analytics dashboards to monitor diary compliance, missing data patterns and patient burden, informing risk based monitoring and continuous improvement• Represent Clario in a multi-sponsor C-Path collaboration developing educational eCOA content for global regulatory and scientific audiences• Contribute to thought leadership through congress presentations (ISPOR Europe, DIA, SABCS) and white papers advancing digital COA methodology• Mentor and upskill cross functional teams on COA science, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across programmes
