Formed cross functional Data & Analytics Steering Committees with business leaders to review data & analytics strategic initiatives, their progress/value realized, and to discuss technologies and industry trends. • Data & Analytics Culture: Empowered corporate and plant users by continuous engagement to help and coach them toward transitioning manual data analysis processes into automated systems and adopting data & analytics platform. • Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics: Designed and launched statistical tool that reduces scrap in plants drastically along with major reduction in manual data collection by launching a real-time automated machine learning using data science that constantly and proactively detects the impact of a reject or bad quality component on the final assembly by analyzing the importance of various characteristics correlations. • Predictive Maintenance and Anomaly Detection: Gained major reduction in machine downtime and scrap by deploying system that detects anomalous trend/pattern in the process/operation/machine characteristics that deviate from a dataset\'s normal behavior to identify critical incidents, such as a technical glitch, or sudden change in machine behavior. • Robotic Processing Automation (RPA): Introduced a global RPA Platform (UiPath) in the organization.
