Collections for men, children and the home quickly followed. Next now trade with more than 500 stores in the UK and Eire and around 200 stores in more than 40 countries overseas. Over the last few years several larger format fashion and home stores have opened across the UK. Starting my HR journey as a HR Administrator, I realised I wanted to have a direct influence over the talented individuals we recruit at Next which led me to my role as a Recruitment Coordinator. Being involved in the end to end recruitment of candidates is really exciting as I have the opportunity to get involved and follow candidate’s journeys and watch them thrive in their roles.
