Gaining experience into Aftermarket Service Sales Where I am handling Aftermarket product sales like AMC and CMC contract, Software Validation, Software and Workstation upgrade, Spares for Mass Spectrometer and Capillary Electrophoresis System etc. Where I am handling Mid, Small and Government accounts Pan India following up and pitching our products for our Service contract renewal and closing it for Mass spectrometer system Handling All accounts pan India for workstation and software upgrade, Validation services were connecting to right decision maker generating leads and closing the leads. Handling All accounts Pan India for Capillary electrophoresis system for service contract renewals. Handling accounts Pan India which is using Third party services try penetrating those accounts and try to win those account back. Maintaining contract order and revenue Growth for active accounts by AMC to CMC conversion, Warranty to CMC conversion and Third-party win backs. Ensuring Day sales outstanding (DSO) is maintained at 65 days to follow up with the customers and closely working with AR team to bring hold payments from client ensuring the order should not go on hold due to past payment due of customers. Sharing RFQ to contract admin and Customer support team to share the quotation to customers by observing previous years prices and price rise given to customer. Maintaining a growth of 5% or more than 5% on service contract renewals.
