A Passionate Mechanical Engineer with more than 8 years of experience in the field of Engineering design. In the early part of my career I worked with several static and rotating components of large and compact Hydro Generators. For the past four years I have been working with Gas turbines especially on Turbine hot section components like Blades,Vanes and Ring segments. Some of the key areas of expertise that I have developed in my past 8 years of experience are- Proficient modeling and detailing capability of engineering components and performing all applicable design calculations including Finite Element Analysis- Good experience with Structural Integrity assessment of Turbine Parts including Elastic, High/ Low Cycle Fatigue, creep and oxidation- Good knowledge on all engineering standards,manufacturing technologies, GD & T and tolerance stack up- Thorough understanding of Product Design and Development, Design Optimization, DFM/DFA,FMEA, Change Management, NCR/QN & Testing and Validation- Proficient with CAD,CAE and PLM/ERP tools like Siemens-NX, Creo, Ansys, Simcenter 3D, Team center, SAP & many other internal tools.
