As a Data and Enterprise Architecture and Integration Thought Leader, I work hand-in-hand with the CEOs of entities across enterprise to standardise business vocabulary, express requirements and outlining high-level systems to meet them, and aligning the same with the future state enterprise information architecture as well as with the corporate strategy.\\\\n\\\\nOn the strategic front, I develop and drive the enterprise data strategy/ roadmap by managing architectural runway for enterprise data model, enterprise data store/warehouse, information management, and advanced data analytics capabilities. I also establish enterprise platform for data management and consumption in addition to defining BI strategy and establishing enterprise BI platforms.\\\\n\\\\nBesides, I play an important role in building enterprise capabilities, such as data quality, security, metadata, etc, to support enterprise data governance in addition to contribution in Data Science practice. Setting-up centre of excellence (Data Science and Information Management, etc.). I work towards improving our overall Enterprise Data Integration methodologies by implementing next-generation Data Integration principles and processes.\\\\n\\\\nWorkforce lifecycle management is another crucial aspect of my role.
