As a Program and PMO Manager, I lead the efforts of NOVEC’s Enterprise Shared Services in Information Technology and Cyber Security. I directly work for the NOVEC CIO/CISO and I am responsible for NOVEC Applications, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Desk, and Project management. I have developed and implemented various IT and Cyber Security policies with audits inbuilt to address NOVEC business needs. Responsible for managing the IT contractors of NOVEC. I am extremely proud of my contributions towards the cyber awareness of the employees in the organization. During a recent pen-testing, we had a zero phishing percentage rate on the social engineering simulated test. I have successfully coordinated the efforts of moving a data center from one location to another location, without any issues. I worked on the disaster recovery plan of the data center and I maintain this plan. I have developed NOVEC Incident Response Plan and conduct tabletop exercises. I bring annual savings to NOVEC through various process improvement initiatives. I work on Service Level Agreement (SLA), with each of the NOVEC divisions and ensure the IT services meet the SLA metrics. As a PMO manager, I work on annual budget planning of various IT-related projects and ensure the successful closure of all the projects on time and within the budget. I am also responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategic plan with a road map. I am the Chair of the Change Control Board and Data Integrity Board.
