Contributed to electrical design, costing, and estimation for large-scale data centers, notably an 75MW facility with (N+C+M) redundancy. Delivered (N+N) and (N+2C) redundancy for Colo and hyperscale clients while maintaining top PUE standards.Supported planning of overall floor layouts and development of single-line diagrams (SLDs) for effective electrical distribution systems.Provided design solutions for major equipment, including HT/LT panels, transformers, diesel generators (DGs), UPS, PDUs, chillers, and other critical systems.Worked on high-density GPU and AC racks (up to 108kW), ensuring reliable power by designing redundant industrial socket configurations.Engineered sizing and routing of cables, as well as cable tray and earthing systems to maximize safety and efficiency.Managed lighting design and cost estimation for both internal and external data center areas, ensuring optimal illumination.Implemented efficient HVAC systems tailored to rack requirements, utilizing PHEs, CDUs, chillers, and cooling towers.Performed quantity surveying, heat load calculations, and technical analysis to validate electrical and HVAC system designs.Contributed to the integration of IBMS and environmental monitoring solutions, including VESDA, CCTV, fire safety, access control, and EPMS.Participated in design and implementation of HPC conductors and Line-In-Line-Out (LILO) connections for a 700MW data center, and engaged in technical discussions for INVAR conductors covering costing and performance parameters.
