ABOUT SAIKIRAN C.

With a bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering from Bharath University, I have a unique perspective and skill set that allow me to excel as a Senior Talent and Culture Specialist at Smart Interviews. I combine my technical knowledge and understanding of different technologies and domains with my negotiation and recruiting skills to attract, and develop talent for the company.I have over five years of experience in the HR field, working with various clients and projects in IT, pharma, healthcare, and software. I started as a technical recruiter at Deegit Global Talent Leaders, where I sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates for multiple contracts and positions. I then joined Equinox Consulting as an executive HR, where I managed the end-to-end recruitment process for several companies, including Techsol Corporation, Tetrasoft, Napier Healthcare, and Extentia. In April 2023, I was promoted to senior executive HR at ValueLabs, where I lead a team of recruiters and collaborate with the business and technical teams and I have joined smart Interviews in Mar 2024 where I brought my skills and knowledge to ensure the best fit for the company\'s culture and vision. I am passionate about human resources and its role in enabling organizational growth and innovation. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to work with diverse and talented people. My goal is to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and succeed.
