With over two decades of experience in learning and development, I\'ve worked on numerous projects involving virtual training courses, video tutorials, and LMS management.My recent role at AECOM\'s global talent management center involved designing and developing e-learning courses for various programs such as Manager Development, Leadership Capabilities, and CEO Circle, along with virtual classroom training, LMS administration, and data analytics and reporting.
