This includes Incident, Request, and CR.• Manage BitLocker, Windows Hello. Deskside BAU issues.• Perform Win 10 to 11 In-Place Upgrade, Win 11 Version Upgrade.• Oversee JAMF Package, Policy, Extension Attribute creation, and modification. Device management in ABM, etc.• Proactively act as a senior escalation point, mentor, and guide to the EUC and Remote Support Team, making decisions as needed to guide daily priorities. Support colleagues in other Technology areas as needed.• Ensure communication with stakeholders, business colleagues, and third parties.• Proactively identify operational issues and ensure remediation to minimize business impact• Adherent to operational technical procedures, policies, and SLAs.• Report the status, progress, and outcomes of the EUC projects to the TCS and Client IT leadership and business stakeholders.
