16 years of in-depth techno-functional experience in wide range of IT Systems SDLC as Team Leader for Requirements Management, Functional Consulting, Design, Development, Implementation, rollout and Application Maintenance Support. Also led QA teams in packaged retail supply chain products with retail WMS and Order Management consulting inputs. Possesses Retail Supply Chain Domain expertise in Warehouse Management System including Manhattan WMoS, PKMS, JDA RP WMS (Dispatcher and Discrete), Allocations/ Distributions and Order Management Systems including Manhattan DOM, Pk-Allocate and interfaces including JDA Integrator, Manhattan MIF. Won awards “The Guides”, “Digital Lighthouse” from Cognizant for mentoring and training team member on niche skill and building stronger team. Holding Level 1 and Level 2 certificate from Manhattan on Manhattan WMoS. Experienced in multiple product integration and troubleshooting installations and configurations. Involved in onsite-offshore co-ordination, face to face client interaction at onsite. Also has an experience to work with management and client to determine product roadmap and milestones. Involved in Business Development activity in retail supply chain area.
