I have expertise in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management and Planning Management. I worked in project planning in construction industry for a span of 4 years and currently I am engaged in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management especially in Infrastructure Projects both in India and in Overseas. I have had experiences working in various projects in various countries such as Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and India. Formulating contract document that includes amending Technical Specification catering project specific needs, formulation of Particular Condition of Contract by amending the General Clauses all in relevance with the FIDIC are my special area of expertise. Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities, Analysis of rate are the key developmental areas where I made significant progress. Reviewing claims especially from the side of an executioner of a project is also forming a domain amongst the skillsets I have. I have expertise in AutoCAD, MS Excel and VBA.
