As a Data Analyst at Taylor Wimpey, I lead initiatives that transform raw data into insights used by senior stakeholders—including the CEO—to drive business decisions and improve operational performance.I gather requirements from across the business to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce risk. This requires strong verbal and written communication to capture the right needs and ensure the Data & Analytics team delivers actionable outcomes.I analyse siloed datasets and model them using medallion architecture to build scalable reporting structures in PowerBI. I write complex SQL to join and transform data into clean, usable formats that feed into key dashboards.One of my major contributions was developing a PowerBI report for the national production team to highlight productivity gaps across regions. The report is now used by leadership to drive performance and track progress against annual revenue and completion goals.I also manage offshore developers, providing detailed specs to build reports using MS Azure for ETL and PowerBI for front-end delivery. This has helped me grow as a mentor and team leader.I built, tested and deployed data quality dashboards connected to Azure and PowerBI, then led training for 400+ users across the business.
