ABOUT SAIFUL ISLAM
I am a passionate and goal orientated multi-disciplined Civil Engineer with specialization in Construction Engineering and Management and Structural analysis and design. Experience in Advance Timber Design Proficient in modeling and analyzing structures using STAAD, ETABS, Robot Structural Analysis Professional and S-Frame Experience in modular construction process optimization, project management, and construction simulation and Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of the Canadian construction industry. With four years of project management experience and GIS proficiency, I have solved the challenges in land development industry of Alberta in collaboration with Urban Development Institute (UDI), Edmonton chapter. My spatial analysis to analyze operations and maintenance schedule for the City of Edmonton Drainage using optimize route has played a significant role to improve the preventive maintenance operation. My first job with an Autodesk Retailer and Training center has significantly enhanced my proficiency in CADD software, at the same I gained professional experience to assist the clients to improve their workflow using cutting edge BIM and 3D modeling technology in solving engineering problems. I have instructed over 250 clients in courses on AutoCAD, Revit, and MS project and received awards for teaching excellence.
