Who am I? My journey in construction began at fourteen, supervising labourers on my family\'s home build, questioning their work, ensuring quality, and discovering my passion for bringing architectural visions to life. The teenager who complained to site engineers about subpar workmanship has evolved into a Project Manager and Architect with over 7 years of experience leading teams across projects valued at up to $8.5 million. Bridging Architecture, Energy, and Project Excellence What started as an architectural practice in India, managing everything from residential developments to complex high-rises, expanded into a 7-year parallel journey in my family\'s solar EPC business. This dual exposure revealed something powerful: witnessing solar PV deliver 80% electricity savings firsthand while coordinating technical layouts, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships across the complete project lifecycle. Strategic Pivot to Canada: Sustainable Construction Leadership In 2022, I moved to Canada to pursue both passions—construction project management and renewable energy integration. Through Project Management and Energy Management graduate certificates at Algonquin College, I discovered my strength lies not just in design, but in orchestrating teams, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless project delivery from startup through closeout. Current Focus: Where Collaboration Meets Sustainability Today, as a Project Manager with ITREB, I lead strategic initiatives serving 1,500+ participants while coordinating cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals.
