Responsible for the overall budget, cost performance and margin on assigned projects• Responsible to ensure the project scope is delivered to the client’s expectations. Including cost, schedule, and specification• Responsible to ensure the project conforms to internal (GD-Manual + supporting procedures) and external (client) quality, safety and work control programs• Responsible for the coordination, review and turn over of all contractual deliverables. This includes changes and notices as applicable• Responsible to lead the team in identifying risks. As well as the analysis and communication of risks to the client.• Responsible for the creation of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and ensuring charges and progress reporting are allocated properly to the WBS• Responsible for Project Insite information accuracy and weekly updates, on assigned projects.• Responsible for the turnover of scope to construction groups (internal/ external trades).• Responsible to control the scope, identify changes, issue change orders, and ensure client & supplier POs/ contracts are amended accordingly• Responsible to ensure project communications are managed according to stakeholder expectations• Responsible for the performance and development of the project management team on assigned projects• Responsible to ensure lessons learned are applied to projects
