About Saif Mohammad Ishraq Bari

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 6 years of experience in cleanroom and metrology processes, MEMS design, and characterization techniques. I have a Ph.D. in Micro and Nanoscale Systems Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, where I developed a calorimetric biosensor to successfully detect and quantify biological analytes with picomolar sensitivity. I performed numerical modeling and FEA of critical design parameters of a thermoelectric biosensor using COMSOL and was able to find a combination of device materials that would be able to increase the sensor sensitivity by 170%. All my works have been published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals. I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Engineer and have received several scholarships, awards, and honors for my academic excellence and research achievements. Additionally, I have completed 5 research projects both alone and with a group. I have 4 years of experience in leading interdisciplinary research groups, conducting training on fab techniques and metrology processes, and managing projects from the beginning to the end as a team leader. I am actively looking for an industry position where I can implement my knowledge of semiconductor techniques while learning new things every day in this ever-growing amazing technology.
