I am currently leading the AI transformation at Viomar Holdings Group, focusing on building an AI-native foundation to facilitate data-driven decision making across all areas of the group.I am also the UK Director of AI & Technology strategy at Metaphortech, a leading Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) provider that helps businesses scale and adopt AI and other technological developments.I completed my PhD at the University of Warwick researching transparent, interpretable and explainable AI with a history of publications at top venues such as ICML and KDD.I have extensive applied experience in Statistical Modelling, Probability Theory, AI, Machine Learning and Data Science coming as a result of over 7 years experience in the field. I have developed many novel algorithms and architectures, with recognition from my peers through publication of research papers and filing of patents.
